We are currently recruiting for the role of Planning Manager. Reporting to the Taylors Operations Director, the role will be responsible for leading the Taylors Planning team to ensure the most optimum and efficient production plans are delivered in order to meet customer demand; whilst holding optimum stock levels. The position is also a member of the Operations Leadership Team, responsible for the continued improvement of Taylors operations overall.
The successful candidate will have a passion for working with people, excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate and influence well at all levels to ensure that planning and scheduling is delivered on time. You will also have the ability and desire to drive significant improvements in the way we operate.
You will have experience of working in an FMCG environment alongside experience of leading and managing teams. Excellent organisational, time management and numerical skills are essential.
