The project, Project Fusion is being managed through several workstreams and we have an exciting opportunity to join the HR & Payroll workstream within fusion on a full-time basis for a fixed term for 18 months, ending June 2020.
The HR & Payroll workstream sits across the whole Group and covers all the HR and Payroll administrative processes for employees and line managers, from recruitment to leaving the business. The purpose of the workstream is to standardise the processes, systems and roles & responsibilities in relation to HR and Payroll administration. This will create more efficient ways of working and an enhanced employee experience across the Group.
The role of Payroll SME will hold responsibility for providing knowledge to the Workstream Leads to allow the new Operating Model to be achieved and embedded and well-informed decisions to be made. You will work closely with the Payroll Workstream Lead and HR Workstream Lead to complete specific activity throughout the project phases to support the realisation of the future operating model.
This is a great opportunity to share your existing payroll knowledge and expertise to help shape how the payroll function will operate in the future. The ability to adapt to a changing environment is essential.
The role will require extensive experience of working within payroll and implementing change projects within a payroll function; ideally gained within a catering and retail or FMCG environment.
You need to be self-motivated with a can-do attitude and have a proven track record in collaborative working and stakeholder management. You must also be able to communicate and engage with others well.
