We now have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, enthusiastic person to join the management team in our Belmont Suite event rooms. Working alongside the Belmont Suite Manager you will deputise for them in their absence. You will also be responsible for overseeing the operational running of private events, meetings, functions and afternoon tea, ensuring all of our customers receive excellent levels of service.
As Assistant Belmont Room Manager, you will have already gained some experience in leading and motivating a small team, ideally within a private hire or events environment, delivering outstanding customer service. You will be highly motivated, with strong people management skills and an interest in development.
We have 2 roles available, part-time working 3 days over 7 and full-time working 5 days over 7, including at least one day at the weekend. In return we offer a competitive salary, excellent development opportunities, a quarterly profit share scheme, staff discounts, free staff meals whilst at work.
