An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our Online team as a Support Analyst on a permanent basis.
Based at our Plumpton Park site in Harrogate this role will be working within IT Service Operations and responsible for the development and provision of online support services, ensuring the highest standards of service. This role will be expected to provide efficient and effective 2nd line IT support, ensuring Online IT solutions are developed and used to best effect, whilst complying with appropriate IT and security standards.
Specific duties will include:
- Liaising with digital suppliers, internal colleagues and eCommerce partners
- Managing IT incidents, requests, problems and changes in line with industry best practices
- Manage daily technical tasks such as integration monitoring and maintenance of the Online email account
- Execute cross-platform functional/UAT testing in tiered web environmentsThe successful candidate will have an efficient and logical approach, with a high level of attention to detail and excellent communication and numeration skills. They will also need a good understanding of web terminology, website architecture, HTML, Excel and will have previous experience in a similar role.
