Office Assistant

We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team at Bettys Harrogate on a fixed term basis covering maternity leave. This role is all about providing the highest standards of customer service and administrative support to the branch.

You’ll have:

  • Strong customer service & communication skills, both over the phone & in person
  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Experience in cash handling, banking & payroll would be ideal
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Good IT skills and competent in using Microsoft Office packages

This is a part-time role, working 24 hours per week, 3 days over 7 on a rota basis, including a Wednesday and weekends. The shift pattern for this role is usually 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm. This is a fixed term role for approximately 12 - 14 months and will commence in January 2022.
