Description

To help support our ambitious plans we are looking for a maintenance Engineer to join our engineering team on the Rwanda (night) shift, to ensure that all manufacturing equipment for Production/Operations are supported, maintained & developed where necessary.

Our ideal candidate will be a suitably qualified Engineer and have experience in a similar role in a food/FMCG manufacturing environment.

Technical skills / experience required:

  • Recognised mechanical engineering apprenticeship
  • Previous manufacturing engineering experience
  • ONC/C&G level 3 or higher
  • Maths/English/Communication skills
  • FMCG Experience (highly desirable)

The right person for this role will be confident and self-motivated and able to be flexible in line with the needs of the business. You will possess high levels of attention to detail and be able to work confidently both as part of a team and individually. The ability to identify problems and work with others to find solutions will also be required, coupled with the drive, energy and enthusiasm to develop within a Food / FMCG manufacturing environment.

This role is 40 hours per week, worked Monday to Thursday from 20:45pm to 06:30am however flexibility of shift working will be required going forward.
