A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced hospitality professional to become second in command in one of our largest Bettys Café Tea Rooms in Harrogate.

We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of managing people with the ambition and drive to further develop their leadership skills, developing and engaging a committed team.
As Deputy Manager you will be accountable for the day to day Branch operation and leadership alongside the Branch Manager, and deputise accordingly in their absence. Your role is to help to build the strategic plan for all departments, and the customer experience within your branch. A passion for customer service is essential and this will enable your team to ensure that every customer leaves delighted.
We would like to hear from you if you have:
- Strong people and leadership skills to motivate and engage the branch team; supporting them to be the best they can be
- Experience in managing budgets, including wage costs and sales budgets
- Experience of working to and achieving financial KPIs, and the ability to analyse performance and identify opportunities for improvements and growth
- A sound understanding of what is required to run a high performing front of house operation
We ask that you work 5 days over 7, on a rota basis including weekends and in return we offer a competitive salary together with excellent benefits.
