Bettys are looking for a Compliance Manager to join the Technical Team at Bettys Bakery. This role will be responsible for supporting the Technical Manager in promoting and maintaining Bakery systems linked to QMS/HACCP/TACCP/VACCP. In this role you will lead, motivate and inspire others, promote continuous improvement and maintain Bettys Bakery standards linked to, policies and cleaning instructions. In addition, this role will line manage the Technical Specialist and Hygiene Room Lead.
- Experience of working with food safety systems QMS/HACCP/TACCP/VACCP.
- Food Safety Level 3 (as a minimum)
- Strong organisation skills
- HACCP trained
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in food manufacturing

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday 7am-4pm, however flexibility is required dependent upon the needs of the business.
