We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join the team as an Assistant Front of House Manager. Supporting the Front of House Manager, this is a hands-on role working with the front of house team in the café, with responsibility for leading and motivating your team to achieve excellent standards in customer service, food quality and health & safety practices, whilst supervising their day to day activities.
Full training will be provided, however you will also need to demonstrate you meet the following criteria:
- Some experience in a hospitality, customer facing environment
- Experience in leading and motivating a small team
- Some knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health and Safety procedures
- Self motivated with an interest in development
- IT literate and competent in using Microsoft Office
