Then our Café Tearoom in York has the perfect opportunity for you.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join the team as Assistant Front of House Manager. Working alongside the Front of House Team, in the café, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to achieve excellent standards in customer service, food quality and health & safety practices, whilst supervising their day to day activities, ultimately working to provide the customer with an experience to remember.

As an Assistant Front of House Manager, you will have already gained some experience in leading and motivating a small team, and working in and organising a busy café. You will be highly motivated, with strong people management skills, along with the ability to problem solve and think on your feet. If you are enthusiastic and keen to develop, we would love you to join our Café Management Team.

Your working week will be 5 days over 7 including a Saturday or Sunday. In return we can offer you a competitive salary and benefits package which will be discussed on application and includes a quarterly group profit share scheme.
